For 8 years, Valentine Blanche has been evolving in the world of creation. By launching his YouTube channel, videography, photography, editing and graphics become his tools of expression. She doesn't just create: she constantly learns. Each project realized with brands strengthens her a little more.
Her journey then led her to an experience at dentsu, one of the most influential advertising agencies in the world. With her expertise, she specializes in the creation of UGC content and community management. Valentine is quickly becoming a trusted resource for many businesses.
At the same time, devoted to fitness, dance and athletics, one day she met her sports coach. From their exchange a friendship is born that goes beyond the boundaries of sport. It is during these moments that the coach expresses her desire to develop her image and transmit her passion on social networks.
This story sparks a bright idea in Valentine's mind: empowering athletes to the status of influencers . Following training in Sports Business Management at the International University of Monaco , she created Destifit.

Just a few months after creating Destifit , Valentine welcomed her first collaborator: Kiara Andriani.
Passionate about the world of sport and communication, she joined the company in September 2024 as Social Media Manager . During her studies at ISCOM Nice, she distinguished herself as Social Media Project Manager at AS Monaco Football Club and TVMonaco . Subsequently, Kiara quickly established herself as a key member of the Destifit team.
